Find Your Recipe
Postpartum recovery isn't linear. This reflection tool helps you notice the sleep, stress, fuel, and timing patterns behind your best runs — and your toughest ones — so you can set yourself up for more good days, without beating yourself up on the hard ones.
How to Use This Tool
A quick guide before you start.
- Log after every run — while it's fresh, fill in how the run felt, your sleep, stress, fuel, and any symptoms. It takes under a minute.
- Give it a few entries. Your "Recipe" patterns won't show until you've logged at least 3 runs — the more you log, the clearer the picture.
- Re-assess regularly. Check back every week or two and re-read your "Your Recipe" section. As your training and recovery change, your patterns will too — this isn't a one-time result, it's an ongoing check-in.
- Use it after new or changing symptoms. If something new shows up — heaviness, leaking, unusual fatigue — look back at your last 48 hours logged here before assuming the worst.
- Bookmark this page. That's the easiest way to find your way back to your log.
One important note: your entries are saved only in this browser, on this device. They won't follow you if you switch phones, computers, or browsers, and they'll be lost if you clear your browser's history/data or use private/incognito mode. If you want your log on your phone, open this same page on your phone and start logging there — it'll build its own separate history.
Log a Run
Fill this out right after a run, while it's fresh.

Run History
Most recent first.
Symptoms come and go. If something new shows up, this log is a good place to check the last 48 hours — time on your feet, stress, fuel, and sleep — before you assume the worst.
