Breast Cancer Rehab

What is Breast Cancer Rehab?

Breast Cancer is the most common cancer among Canadian women (excluding non-melanoma cancer). The Canadian Cancer Society estimated that in 2022, 28,600 Canadian women and 270 Canadian males will be diagnosed with breast cancer (Yes! Breast Cancer can also occur in males; however, it is not as common).

As survival rates for Cancer continue to improve, more men and women are living with the negative side effects of their Cancer treatment than ever before. This is where cancer rehab physiotherapists can help by providing an evidence based personalized treatment plan.
