Building Body Trust (Body Mapping)


In 6 minutes you will work through a series of movements to build trust within your body. This can often be called body mapping and can help re-associate us to areas of our body that are hard to see/ feel etc. If you've experienced pain or trauma your body and nervous system can hold onto it and this guided video will help you release that tension. This may bring up some uncomfortable emotions so we highly suggest doing this in a safe space and making sure you feel like you have a support network to lean on if those feelings do arise.
